Cancellation Policy
At Get Hooked Fishing Cape Cod Charters, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible 72-hour cancellation policy.
- If you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled trip, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked.
- In the event of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel the trip for safety reasons. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
We want you to have the best and safest experience possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
Included in Your Charter
Your fishing charter comes fully equipped with everything you need for a successful and enjoyable trip. We provide:
- High-quality bait & tackle
- Top-of-the-line rods & reels
- Expert guidance from our experienced crew
Please remember to tip the mate, typically 15-20% of the total trip cost. Our mates work hard to ensure you have an incredible experience—from setting up gear to assisting with your catch. Tipping is always appreciated!
What to Bring
To make the most of your trip, we recommend bringing:
- Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, rain gear, or sun protection)
- Sunglasses & sunscreen (preferably non-spray sunscreen)
- A hat for sun protection
- Bring some food, snacks, and drinks (we provide a cooler with ice)
- A camera or phone to capture your catch
- Motion sickness medication (if needed)
